The Company

Our client is a well-established civil contractor delivering high-quality outcomes across mining services, regional roads, non-process infrastructure (NPI), and industrial concrete structures. With multiple recent project awards and further work confirmed, they are growing their site delivery team with experienced and hands-on Senior Project Engineers.

The Role
We are seeking a Senior Civil Project Engineer with a background in civil contracting, ideally across areas such as:

• Concrete works
• Structural tanks
• Detailed and bulk earthworks
• Utilities, trenching, and piping
• Roadworks and drainage
• NPI and mine site infrastructure

You’ll play a key role in managing project delivery on a FIFO 2:1 roster, supporting both technical performance and onsite execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide engineering and technical support to site teams and subcontractors
• Coordinate with Project Engineers and Supervisors to deliver works to spec
• Oversee QA/QC, quality documentation, and site compliance
• Monitor and report on costs, productivity, and risk
• Ensure efficient use of plant, equipment, and materials on site
• Lead and mentor junior engineers as required
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and site personnel to ensure timely delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated civil contracting experience in mining, infrastructure, or concrete projects
• Experience working FIFO or on remote regional WA projects
• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performance project environment
