We are working with a WA-based contractor with an excellent industry reputation for delivering high-quality Civil construction projects across Perth, where your commercial acumen and analytical skills will be highly valued and rewarded.

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in the successful commercial management of our clients’ civil construction projects. You will work closely with project teams to ensure accurate cost tracking, contract management, and financial reporting across a variety of works. 
The company have extensive projects North and South of the river and will allocate work based on your location. 

What You’ll Bring

• A recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is essential to hit the ground running
• Hands-on experience (2+ years) in a commercial or QS role within civil construction environments
• Confident managing cost control, financial tracking, claims, and reconciliations with minimal supervision
• A sound understanding of contracts, procurement processes, and site-based reporting
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with a sharp eye for detail
• Proven ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines across multiple active projects
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, backed by a commitment to professional integrity
