We are looking for bright and enthusiastic Building Services Engineers/Drafters at all levels in different sectors to support our client’s ongoing and upcoming projects in 2026-2027!

Australia’s sustained investment in infrastructure, energy transition, and commercial development continues to drive strong demand across the building services consulting sector. With significant projects underway in health, education, transport, and sustainable commercial buildings, the market remains active and opportunity-rich. As a result, we’re expanding our network and seeking talented engineers and designers to join leading consultancies delivering technically complex and innovative projects across the country.

Intermediate to Senior/Principal Mechanical Engineer – HVAC

• Circa 3+ years plus consulting experience in the building services space
• Demonstrated project experience relating to commercial, healthcare, educational, light industrial etc.
• AutoCAD, Revit MEP, BIM software, duct & pipe sizing software, simulation/energy modelling tools
• Strong understanding of Australian HVAC standards, codes, and energy performance requirements.

Intermediate to Senior/Principal Hydraulic Engineer  

• Circa 5+ years plus in multi-discipline building services/Hydraulic services
• Experience in areas such as water supply/water systems (water systems), sanitary plumbing & drainage/sewage treatment systems, gas services/gas reticulation systems etc.
• Ability to provide strong technical advice to other engineers and coordinate designers and drafters on deliverables
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and focused team environment

Intermediate to Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer

• 5 + years experience as an Electrical Engineer in the Building Services sectors
• Tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering 
• Client facing with an aptitude for Business Development
• Multi-Discipline project co-ordination & delivery
• Local Knowledge, Innovation & Technical Excellence

Intermediate to Senior/Principal Fire Consultant 

• Circa 5+ years plus in multi-discipline building services/fire services
• Design of Fire Services to meet Australian Standards/Building Code of Australia (BCA)
• Project Management, Fire Design, CAD & BIM of Fire Services   
• Ability to provide strong technical advice to other engineers and coordinate designers and drafters on deliverables
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and focused team environment
