About the Company

A well-established civil contracting business with an excellent track record across WA’s roads, earthworks, infrastructure, and the light industrial sectors. With a diverse portfolio of upcoming and live civil projects, they deliver high-quality work across the Perth metro and regional works. 

Due to recent project wins, they’re now looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join the team – this role is Perth based.

This is a permanent, full-time role ideally suited to an experienced Project Manager with a background in civil construction, infrastructure, or land development, roads, utilities, minor concrete or related works. You’ll take full responsibility for the project’s delivery—ensuring time, budget, and quality targets are met, while leading a committed site team.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of civil infrastructure & urban projects from pre-start to handover.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, progress claims, and cost controls to ensure profitability.
• Liaise with commercial and estimating teams on tenders and project planning.
• Lead teams of engineers and supervisors to maintain site performance, safety, and quality.
• Ensure materials, plant, and subcontractors are coordinated efficiently.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key project stakeholders.

Your Background

• Civil contracting experience across roads, civil infrastructure, earthworks, subdivisions or utilities.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering (required).
