Our client is a well-established WA civil contractor delivering projects across roads, bulk earthworks, drainage, utilities and mining infrastructure. With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth across the state, we are recruiting for multiple positions within their project delivery team including Project Managers, 2iC Project Managers and experienced Senior Project Engineers ready to step up.
These roles will suit experienced civil professionals with a strong background in earthworks and infrastructure projects who are looking for long-term career progression within a stable and growing contractor.
The Role
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and within budget. Responsibilities include managing bulk earthworks, roadworks, drainage and civil infrastructure packages; programming, cost control, forecasting and reporting; coordinating subcontractors, plant and labour resources; working closely with Supervisors and site teams to drive productivity; managing client and stakeholder relationships; and supporting tendering, procurement and commercial processes.
Skills & Experience
We are seeking candidates with proven experience in bulk earthworks, roads and transport infrastructure, drainage and underground services, mining and mine site civil works, and general civil infrastructure.
You will ideally have 5+ years’ experience in civil contracting, strong technical and commercial understanding of earthworks projects, experience delivering projects to programme and budget, leadership capability with the ability to manage site teams, and a Civil Engineering qualification (preferred).
