NOT YOUR ORDINARY SITE SUPERVISOR POSITION: this position on a flagship development requires a Site Supervisor with demonstratable experience supervising the structural construction stages of large-scale commercial builds and knowledge of the Australian Building Standards.
About The Role:
- Join a commercial property development and construction contractor with various works across Western Australia.
- Supervise all site operations of the structural framework of a $50 Million-Dollar+ Commercial Construction Builds
- Ensure structural integrity & accurate engineering.
- Monitor & maintain project schedules.
- Review project plans & specifications of the building design.
- Maintain a clean & safe work site.
- Embrace & control a fast-paced working environment.
About You:
- Successful experience supervising commercial builds at the structural construction stage. Such as Formwork on a High-Rise Apartment, Aged Care Facility or Hotel etc…
- Worked on high value projects ($30 Million+) with reputable Australian builders.
- Tilt-Up / Tilt Panel experience and qualification is desired.
- Knowledge of the Australian Building Standards.
- Highly organised, with the ability to priorities tasks, meet deadlines & manage continuous change and its consequences effectively.
- Safety conscious.
