Site Manager – Commercial Fit Out | Up to $30M Projects 

We are working with a well-regarded commercial fit out contractor in Perth WA known for delivering high-quality projects up to $30M across corporate, hospitality and premium commercial sectors.

The client is seeking an experienced Site Manager – Fit Out with a carpentry trade background and a strong track record delivering complex fit out projects in live or high-spec environments.

This is not a role for someone still finding their feet — it requires a proven operator who can take full ownership of site delivery.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end site management of commercial fit out projects, ensuring programme, quality and safety expectations are consistently met.

You will:

• Lead the day-to-day site operations on commercial fit out projects up to $30M
• Coordinate experienced subcontractors and specialist trades
• Drive programme through short-term planning and sequencing
• Maintain high standards across finishes, quality control, and defect management
• Manage sites within live environments where required
• Enforce strict WHS compliance and site safety standards
• Provide clear, accurate site reporting and communication with senior management

About You

• Trade Qualified Carpenter (essential)
• Minimum 5+ years in a supervisory role (Site Manager / Supervisor) on commercial fit out projects
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects up to $30M
• Strong background in high-end or complex fit out environments
• Proven ability managing subcontractors and driving programme outcomes
• Sound understanding of commercial construction and fit out sequencing
• Knowledge of WA building regulations and WHS requirements
• Confident running a site independently with a focus on quality delivery
