Civil Supervisor Metro Projects (North & South of the River)
Location: Perth Metro – NOR & SOR
Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Sector: Land Development / Subdivisions / Civil Infrastructure
We are currently seeking experienced Civil Supervisors to join reputable civil contractors delivering subdivision and land development projects across Perth’s northern and southern corridors.
These are permanent metro-based roles offering long-term project pipelines, strong company culture, and the opportunity to lead from the front.
The Role You will be responsible for supervising daily site operations across subdivision and civil infrastructure projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise civil crews across bulk and detailed earthworks, roads, drainage and underground services
• Coordinate plant, labour and subcontractors to meet programme targets
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards
• Lead daily pre-starts and toolbox meetings
• Maintain strong WHS standards and site safety culture
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers and clients

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor within land development or subdivision projects
• Strong background in earthworks, pavements, drainage and services installation
• Ability to read and interpret plans and construction documentation
• Solid leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple crews
• Current WA Driver’s Licence
• Relevant tickets and qualifications
