Earthworks Supervisor | 8:6 FIFO | Civil Projects WA
We’re seeking an experienced Earthworks Supervisor to lead a high-performing crew on key civil infrastructure projects in Western Australia. You’ll be working for a respected contractor with a strong pipeline and boots-on-the-ground support.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supervise bulk earthworks, road construction, drainage & site prep
- Lead crews with a strong focus on safety and productivity
- Coordinate plant, materials, and daily operations
- Report to the Project Manager and ensure works are delivered to spec
What you bring:
- Solid experience supervising civil or mining earthworks
- S26
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Sound knowledge of safety and quality requirements
- Tickets/Licences: White Card, Driver’s Licence
