About the Role

We are seeking experienced Civil Supervisors and Senior Civil Supervisors to join our clients’ teams across a range of mining civil infrastructure projects throughout Western Australia, as well as metro land development projects in Perth.

These roles will suit supervisors who enjoy leading from the front, driving safe and efficient delivery, and working closely with project teams to achieve strong outcomes on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate civil crews across bulk earthworks, haul roads, drainage, piping and associated civil infrastructure
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and WHS compliance
• Run daily site activities including prestarts and toolbox meetings
• Liaise with Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors
• Monitor productivity, quality, and costs to support efficient project delivery
• Mentor and support crews to achieve team and project objectives

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or Senior Supervisor within civil construction
• Strong background in bulk earthworks/haul road construction or HDPE piping
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and programmes
• Demonstrated leadership and crew management capability
• Strong understanding of WHS requirements and safety leadership
• Current WA Driver’s Licence (essential)
• Relevant tickets and qualifications, including S26 (essential for FIFO roles)
