Multiple electrical contractors across Tier 1–3, with strong client portfolios and solid reputations in the commercial, industrial and government sectors, are expanding their Perth operations. This growth has created opportunities for proven, versatile, and organised Electrical Project Managers and Electrical Supervisors who are confident in delivering million-dollar signature projects across construction, refurbishment, and upgrades.
  
Key Responsibilities:   

• Manage day-to-day delivery of electrical projects in the commercial and government sectors, including construction, refurbishment, and upgrades
• Collaborate with multi-discipline teams, coordinating effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders across multiple sites
• Work closely with Operations Managers and relevant management to ensure electrical installations meet project specifications
• Assist in timely procurement of materials and support budget management
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to crews, helping develop their skills and identifying individual strengths
• Maintain a keen eye for quality, ensuring all project documentation, processes, and reporting are complete and accurate
• Promote and enforce excellent OH&S standards, instilling a strong health and safety culture within the team
• Ensure all team members and site personnel adhere to protocols, hold the correct permits, and have completed required training
• For Estimators, review project plans and specifications to prepare accurate, competitive costings, and assist in procurement and feasibility assessments

Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrable and successful electrical project management/Electrical Supervisory or Estimation in a similar business environment
• Sound understanding of the electrical contracting market
• Good IT literacy and ability to use the different software packages
• Ability to plan and prioritise workload – exceptional time management
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and colleagues  
• Good team leader, communicator with varied experienced.
• Highly organised and quick decision maker while under pressure

Qualifications

• WA Electrical License
• Current Drivers License
