ECi Executive are working with a well-established residential builder in Perth to find a talented and experienced Residential Designer. This is a rare opportunity to step into a collaborative, expert-driven team with a clear pathway to future seniority.

You’ll be involved in both custom-designed homes and first-time buyer projects, allowing you to apply your creativity across a diverse design portfolio.
What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in residential design
• Confident communicator with clients, able to lead meetings and present design concepts
• Skilled in basic drafting and design
• Genuine passion for sustainable design and architectural innovation
