About the Companies

We are recruiting on behalf of several established and well-regarded civil contractors delivering key mining services, non-process infrastructure (NPI), and regional roadworks projects across Western Australia. Due to continued growth and a solid pipeline of awarded work, they are expanding their project delivery teams with experienced and driven Senior Project Engineers.

About the Roles

These permanent opportunities involve delivering a broad scope of civil works, including bulk earthworks, trenching, utilities, concrete packages, and road construction. Projects are located across regional WA, operating on either a FIFO 2:1 or 10:4 roster.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver civil construction packages across bulk earthworks, roads, drainage, services, and NPI.
• Work collaboratively with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Supervisors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage QA/QC, site productivity, and cost tracking.
• Monitor project risk, provide technical guidance, and support ongoing project compliance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and plant for efficient project execution.
• Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and foster a safety-first work culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer in the civil contracting or mining infrastructure space.
• Strong project exposure across earthworks, utilities, drainage, concrete works, or roads.
• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
• Ability to work across complex remote projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Effective communicator and problem-solver who thrives in collaborative teams.
