A well-established and highly regarded civil contractor with a strong track record delivering major earthworks and infrastructure packages across WA’s mining sector. With secured work on Tier 1 mining projects and a solid pipeline ahead, the business continues to grow across key regional sites.

The Opportunities

Due to ongoing project wins, we are seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Engineers to join the team on FIFO rosters across major WA mining projects. These roles will see you working on large-scale bulk earthworks packages for Tier 1 mining clients, taking ownership of key project scopes and driving delivery outcomes on site.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver bulk earthworks packages on major mining projects while managing project programmes, budgets, forecasting, and cost control. Oversee subcontractors, plant, and resource allocation on site while driving safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Liaise directly with Tier 1 mining clients and key stakeholders and lead and mentor engineers and site teams to achieve project outcomes.

Your Background

Proven experience working for a civil contractor is essential, with a strong background delivering bulk earthworks projects in the mining sector. You will have experience working with Tier 1 mining clients such as Rio Tinto, BHP, or FMG, along with previous FIFO experience in WA. A solid commercial and contractual understanding is required, and tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering are preferred.
