Salary: Competitive Base + Super + 20–40% Commission

The Opportunity
This is not a start-from-scratch role. You will step into an established desk with active clients and live roles, providing immediate access to revenue opportunities.
You will operate with autonomy, supported by strong internal systems, tools and leadership, allowing you to focus on strategy, delivery and market growth.
Sectors include Construction, Civil, Mining, Engineering, Property and Residential.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an existing client portfolio while developing new business
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network using proven sourcing strategies
- Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions with a focus on quality outcomes
- Identify market opportunities to expand your desk and increase revenue
- Attend networking events and industry functions
- Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team culture
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in external agency recruitment (white-collar essential)
- Exposure to construction, engineering, civil, infrastructure or related sectors preferred
- Strong ability to build relationships with clients and candidates
- Commercial mindset with a drive to grow revenue
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented with a motivated and positive attitude
