Salaries from $150,000-$185,000 (DOE & Roster) + Super + Uplift
Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 Clients
2:1 FIFO, 8:6 FIFO
We are recruiting for a number of Civil Supervisor and Senior Civil Supervisor positions across Western Australia, partnering with well-established civil contractors delivering major mining and infrastructure projects.

The Opportunities
We have FIFO & DIDO roles available on 2:1 and 8:6 rosters, across a range of short and long-term projects including:
- Bulk earthworks
- Large-scale mining infrastructure
- Tailings Storage Facilities (TSF)
- Haul road and access road construction
- Road and civil infrastructure projects
- Structural concrete and infrastructure works
These are with stable contractors offering consistent work and strong team environments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervising crews, plant and subcontractors across active work fronts
- Driving production while maintaining a strong safety culture
- Coordinating daily activities, plant and materials
- Leading pre-starts, toolbox talks and site reporting
- Ensuring works are delivered to programme, quality and client expectations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Civil Supervisor or Senior Civil Supervisor
- Strong background in earthworks, roadworks or civil infrastructure
- Proven ability to manage crews, subcontractors and site operations
- Solid understanding of safety, compliance and quality processes
- S26 Statutory Supervisor (essential for FIFO roles)
