Our client is a dynamic, growing civil contractor specialising in subdivision and land development projects across Perth. With a good pipeline of work and energetic leadership, they are now seeking an experienced Business Administrator to join them on their exciting journey.

About the Role:
This is a newly created, position ideal for someone who is passionate about civil construction and wants to be part of a business from the ground up. You’ll work closely with management to establish and refine systems, support project delivery, and help drive the next phase of the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• General business administration, project support, and office management
• Onboarding new staff members
• Develop and implement business systems and processes
• Manage contracts, insurances, compliance, and documentation
• Support finance and payroll functions
• Assist with tender submissions, procurement administration, and subcontractor onboarding
• Be a key point of contact for suppliers, clients, and internal staff
• Help build a strong, positive, and collaborative company culture

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in business administration within civil construction or a related industry 
• Knowledge of land development/subdivision projects is highly regarded
• Previous experience with Labour Hire highly regarded
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable wearing “many hats” in a growing business
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
• Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
