This is a career-building role for a junior to intermediate Civil Designer professional who wants to work at the heart of design, modelling, and coordination on major civil projects.

About the Company Our client is a well-established civil engineering consultancy known for smart design, practical solutions, and strong technical leadership in land development and urban infrastructure. Their team values collaboration, accuracy, and high-quality digital delivery.

This role is open to Civil Designers at all levels, from junior designers looking to build strong foundations in 12D, through to experienced designers who want to work on well-run projects with capable engineers and leadership.

You will be involved in the core of civil design and modelling, supporting subdivision, roads, drainage, and urban development projects from concept through to construction documentation.

For junior candidates, structured training and mentoring in 12D and land development design will be provided. For experienced designers, this is an opportunity to take ownership, contribute to standards, and play a key role in digital delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your level, your responsibilities may include:

• Civil design and modelling using 12D and/or Civil 3D for land development and urban infrastructure projects
• Producing and coordinating designs for subdivisions, roads, drainage, earthworks, and utilities
• Working closely with engineers and project leads to deliver accurate, buildable outcomes
• Assisting with or leading model coordination, surfaces, alignments, and corridor modelling
• Supporting drawing production, QA checks, and data management
• Contributing to the improvement of digital standards, workflows, and efficiencies
• For senior designers, mentoring junior team members and supporting digital best practice

What We’re Looking For

We’re open on experience level, but ideally you will have:

• Civil design or drafting experience at junior, intermediate, or senior level
• Exposure to or interest in 12D and/or Civil 3D
• An understanding of land development, subdivisions, drainage, or urban civil works
• A practical, detail-focused mindset and willingness to learn or improve
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
• A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Design, or a related discipline

For junior candidates, prior 12D experience is not mandatory if you have strong fundamentals and the right attitude.
