Civil Supervisor / Senior Civil Supervisor – Earthworks & Roads Construction Roster: 2:1 FIFO ex-Perth, WA
Location: WA Regional Projects

About the Role We are seeking experienced Civil Supervisors / Senior Supervisors to join our client’s growing team on mining civil infrastructure and haul road construction projects across Western Australia. Working on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth, you will be responsible for leading crews, ensuring project delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality on site.
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate civil crews across bulk earthworks, haul road construction, drainage, and associated civil infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and schedules.
• Promote and enforce strong safety culture and compliance with WHS standards.
• Coordinate daily site activities, toolbox talks, and pre-start meetings.
• Liaise with Engineers, Project Managers, and subcontractors to achieve project outcomes.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and costs to ensure efficient delivery.
• Mentor and support crew members to achieve team and project goals.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor / Senior Supervisor in civil construction.
• Strong background in bulk earthworks and haul road construction
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage crews effectively.
• Solid understanding of WHS practices and ability to drive safety on site.
• Current WA Driver’s Licence (essential).
• Relevant tickets/qualifications – S26
