Earthworks Supervisor | 8:6/ 2:1 FIFO | Civil Projects WA

We’re seeking an experienced Earthworks Supervisors to lead a high-performing crews on key civil infrastructure projects in Western Australia. You’ll be working for respected contractors with a strong pipeline and boots-on-the-ground support.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supervise bulk earthworks, road construction, drainage & site prep
• Lead crews with a strong focus on safety and productivity
• Coordinate plant, materials, and daily operations
• Report to the Project Manager and ensure works are delivered to spec

What you bring:

• Solid experience supervising civil or mining earthworks
• Statutory 26
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Sound knowledge of safety and quality requirements
• White Card essential; additional tickets (e.g., MR licence, First Aid) highly regarded
