• Initial contract until March 2027 with potential to extend
• Completed S26 and prior earthworks experience needed

ECi Executive is partnering with an established WA civil contractor seeking experienced Civil Supervisors to join their project team in the Pilbara. This is an opportunity for hands-on Supervisors to support the delivery of bulk earthworks and civil infrastructure works on a major renewable energy project.

The Role:

• Supervise daily civil construction activities, ensuring works are delivered safely and efficiently
• Oversee bulk earthworks, vegetation clearing, topsoil management and site preparation
• Coordinate construction of access roads, laydown areas and drainage infrastructure
• Manage operators, plant, equipment and resources across multiple work fronts
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and daily site inspections
• Monitor project progress, productivity and quality of works
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and project requirements
• Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and site crews to meet construction targets
• Identify and resolve operational challenges to maintain project schedules

About You:

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor within civil construction or mining infrastructure
• Strong background in bulk earthworks, clearing, road construction and drainage
• Completed Section 26 (S26) qualification – essential
• Experience supervising operators, earthmoving equipment and civil construction crews
• Strong understanding of site safety, quality and construction requirements
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills
• A practical, hands-on approach to site supervision
