This is a career building opportunity for Civil Designers and Civil Engineers at all levels who want to be at the centre of design, modelling, and coordination on major land development projects in Western Australia.

We work with established engineering consultancies ranging from Tier 1 firms through to high performing boutique SMEs.

The Opportunity

This role is open to Civil Designers and Engineers at all levels, from junior professionals building capability through to experienced individuals stepping into senior and leadership responsibilities.
You will be involved in the core of civil design and modelling, supporting subdivision, roads, drainage, and urban development projects from concept through to construction documentation.
The role also offers strong exposure to client-facing work, stakeholder coordination, and council approvals, giving you a well-rounded position beyond pure design.

What You’ll Be Doing

Depending on your level, your responsibilities may include:

• Civil design and modelling using 12d and or Civil 3D
• Design of subdivisions, roads, drainage, earthworks, and utilities
• Liaising with clients, councils, and external stakeholders
• Supporting or managing development approvals and documentation submissions
• Working closely with engineers and project leads to deliver practical outcomes
• Mentoring junior team members for senior candidates
