We are working with a growing Perth-based business who are seeking an experienced Accounts / Administration Officer to join their team in Scarborough.
This is a permanent part-time position (3 days per week), ideal for an experienced accounts professional who enjoys ownership, autonomy and being a key support within a small business environment.
The Role
Working closely with leadership, you will take responsibility for:
- End-to-end payroll processing
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Bank reconciliations and general bookkeeping
- Maintaining accurate financial records in Xero (essential)
- General administrative support as required
You will play an important role in ensuring the financial and administrative functions run smoothly and efficiently.
About You
- Strong demonstrated experience in a similar Accounts / Bookkeeping role
- Strong working knowledge of Xero
- Confident managing payroll independently
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working autonomously in a small team
