We are seeking a Residential Estimator for multiple opportunities with prestigious builders in Perth, WA.

ECi Executive is proud to partner with a select group of leading Residential Builders across Western Australia. We’re currently on the lookout for an Estimator or Scheduler who’s ready to expand their skill set and grow into a well-rounded estimator within an established and supportive team.

Key responsibilities would be:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and take-offs for standard and custom residential home designs during the sales phase.
• Price upgrades, client selections, and variations clearly for use in tenders and contract offers.
• Liaise with sales consultants to support quoting, client queries, and value engineering options.
• Generate detailed BOQs and material/labour breakdowns for awarded projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain and compare quotes for budget finalisation.
• Produce accurate purchase orders and scope documents aligned to each build stage.
• Track actual costs vs estimated budgets and report on variances throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assess and price client or site-initiated variations during construction.
• Maintain up-to-date rate libraries and estimating templates in line with current market conditions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, drafting, construction) to ensure buildability, compliance, and cost-efficiency.
