The Opportunity
ECi Executive is working with a range of leading WA civil contractors delivering large-scale infrastructure projects across mining, industrial, and resources sectors.
We are currently seeking Senior Project Engineers for permanent roles on FIFO and DIDO projects throughout WA. These roles offer long-term stability, strong client portfolios, and the chance to step into positions of real responsibility with established contractors.
Projects include bulk earthworks, NPI, structural concrete, FRP, tanks, dewatering, services/utilities, and general civil infrastructure.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer on civil or mining infrastructure projects
- Strong technical skills across planning, QA, cost control, and subcontractor management
- Ability to manage packages of work and lead engineers, supervisors, and crews
- Commercial acumen to support forecasting, value-engineering, and client reporting
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering (highly regarded)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
