Are you a seasoned Site Manager with a strong background in commercial construction? We’re working with a reputable commercial builder who has a strong pipeline of work across Commercial, Retail, and Industrial projects—and they’re looking to bring on a Commercial Site Manager to help lead a key build from the ground up.

Project Types:

• Retail builds
• Tilt-up warehouses/Industrial builds
• Commercial refurbishments

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all site activity
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel
• Monitor WHS compliance and site safety
• Maintain project schedule and quality standards
• Liaise with project teams and stakeholders

About You:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager on commercial builds
• Proven ability to run sites $5M–$40M
• Strong knowledge of local codes, safety, and construction methodology
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• White Card + current driver’s license
• Tilt panel experience highly regarded
