Sarmon is an experienced technical white-collar recruiter with over 16 years’ experience working across many industries including Civil, Infrastructure, Residential and Construction.

Sarmon is passionate about the industry and makes sure to get it right the first time! As a recruiter, he strives to develop valued relationships through providing a quality, efficient, and consistent service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process and thereafter.

Sarmon is an avid Newcastle United supporter and was previously a season ticket holder, he loves to keep fit and regularly plays football/soccer, he is a keen motorcycle enthusiast and currently owns a Triumph, which he likes to get out on the road as much as he can. Away from the office, he’s a proud dog dad to Bruno and Sully.
