Albano (Al) is an experienced technical recruiter and has lived, worked and studied across a number of European countries, speaking four different languages. He is currently studying an MBA at ECU Perth and has a Bachelor Degree from the University of Siena, Italy. He has also worked in Spain and is originally from Albania.

Al is an experienced white-collar Recruiter with a successful working history in the technical and engineering sectors throughout Australia, Italy, and Albania. He is skilled in Technical WC Recruitment, People Management, Business Development and Search & Select Assignments.

Albano has the ability to work in multicultural environments, to communicate professionally at all levels and to build relationships with key stakeholders – and deliver good results!

Al describes himself as a cheerful, lively and positive character who puts his “heart and soul” into his work. Outside of work he has a passion for History, Astronomy, Chess, Soccer and Family.
