Business Manager

Jay is the Business Manager at ECi Executive, bringing more than 12 years of experience across recruitment, human resources and business operations. Working closely with the leadership team, Jay plays a key role in driving business operations, supporting the team and helping shape the continued growth of ECi Executive.

Passionate about people, culture and continuous improvement, Jay thrives on creating efficient processes, supporting the team behind the scenes and helping the business grow. She believes the strongest relationships are built on trust, integrity and consistently delivering on commitments, taking pride in the details that keep everything running smoothly.

Originally from Northern England, Jay moved to Western Australia over 14 years ago and is now a proud Australian citizen. Outside of work, she enjoys the challenge of training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and when she’s not on the mats, you’ll usually find her exploring WA’s national parks, spending time at the beach or out adventuring with her rescue dog, Blue.
