Recruitment Associate

Jay McKee is our vibrant and dedicated Recruitment Associate at ECi Executive. Jay spent 8 years working in a Human Resources and Recruitment role and is very much a ‘people person’ with a caring and loyal nature. She likes to encourage and bring out the best in people in all aspects of life. Jay travelled to WA to explore life outside of Northern England, and after 12 years living in Perth, she is proud to call herself an Australian citizen. Outside of work, Jay is a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and spends a lot of her time grappling with her teammates.

When she’s not on the mats, you will find Jay either hiking at a National Park or down the beach with her rescue dog Blue.

Jay is very passionate about personal and company integrity and is very excited to embark on her journey with ECi Executive. With valued relationships and excellent customer service at the forefront of her everyday ethos, Jay strides to exceed expectations and takes pride in her work.
