$180 million new construction contracts secured in Western Australia.

Monadelphous Group Limited has secured approximately $180 million in new construction contracts across Western Australia, bolstering the state’s infrastructure and energy sectors. These projects are anticipated to generate significant employment opportunities, contributing positively to the local economy.

Key projects include a five-year master agreement with Rio Tinto for marine structural integrity works at the Cape Lambert Hub in the Pilbara region. Additionally, Monadelphous will undertake upgrades to Fortescue’s Rolling Stock Maintenance Workshop at the Thomas Marshalling Yard in Port Hedland, with completion expected in 2026.

In the energy sector, the company has been contracted to provide multidisciplinary services for the hookup and commissioning of Woodside Energy’s Floating Production Unit in the Scarborough Gas Field, located approximately 375 kilometres off the Pilbara coast.

Furthermore, Monadelphous’ civil business, Melchor, has secured a multidisciplinary construction contract with Mid West Ports as part of the Geraldton Port Maximisation Project, expected to be completed in the second half of 2026.

These substantial contracts not only reinforce Monadelphous’ commitment to advancing Western Australia’s infrastructure and energy projects but also signify a boost to the state’s economy through job creation and increased industrial activity.
