Chelsea is a forward-thinking recruitment consultant from the North West of England, with experience across the UK, UAE, and Australia. With a background that blends aviation and recruitment, she brings a unique mix of people-focused experience, adaptability, and calm professionalism under pressure.

She began her career as a flight attendant in the UK before moving to the UAE to work in long-haul international travel. During her time in the Middle East, she transitioned into a recruitment coordinator role where she supported high-volume hiring and onboarding and was actively involved in holding cabin crew assessment days, helping to identify and onboard candidates from diverse backgrounds.

Since relocating to Australia, Chelsea has continued to build her recruitment career, working predominantly across the construction sector with a focus on white-collar roles. Known for her honesty and genuine approach, her international background, excellent communication skills, and organised, people-first mindset make her a valuable asset in any team environment.

In her spare time, Chelsea enjoys Pilates, walking, and playing netball, which help her maintain balance, stay active, and connect with others outside of work.
