HSE Advisors – FIFO from Perth | 2:1 Roster

You’ll need:

Solid civil contracting experience across roads, land development, infrastructure, earthworks or mining sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion and maintain a strong safety culture across civil projects.
  • Work closely with site teams to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Liaise with MRWA, mining operators, government agencies and contractors.
  • Implement and maintain the HSE Management System, including registers and databases.

Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in civil contracting – roads, MRWA, infrastructure, industrial or mining.
  • Cert IV or Diploma in OHS (or equivalent).
  • In-depth knowledge of WA HSE legislation, regulations and codes of practice.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and proactive in approach.
