This is a career-building role for a junior to intermediate digital professional who wants to work at the heart of design, modelling, and coordination on major civil projects.

About the Company Our client is a well-established civil engineering consultancy known for smart design, practical solutions, and strong technical leadership in land development and urban infrastructure. Their team values collaboration, accuracy, and high-quality digital delivery.

The Role As a Digital Engineer, you’ll support the civil design team by developing, coordinating, and managing digital models for subdivision, roads, drainage, utilities, and urban development projects.
This position is ideal for someone who has a grounding in civil design or drafting and wants to step further into digital delivery, automation, and model governance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create and manage models in 12d and/or Civil 3D for land development and urban infrastructure work
• Support digital standards, templates, and workflows across the team
• Assist with corridor modelling, surfaces, alignments, and utilities coordination
• Work closely with civil designers, engineers, and project leads to ensure accurate and consistent digital delivery
• Provide input into model QA, data management, and drawing production
• Help drive continuous improvement in digital workflows and automation

What You Bring

• 1 to 5 years’ experience in civil design, drafting, or digital engineering
• Proficiency in Civil 3D or 12d is essential (this is not a Revit/BIM architecture role)
• Understanding of land development, subdivision layouts, drainage, or urban civil works
• A practical mindset with an interest in automation, standards, and efficient digital delivery
• Strong communication skills and the willingness to collaborate across the team
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Design, or similar
