The Opportunity
We are currently seeking experienced Senior Project Engineers to join reputable civil contractors delivering major earthworks, roads, NPI and mining infrastructure projects across WA.
With multiple project awards secured and a strong forward pipeline, these businesses are expanding their project delivery teams.
This is a hands-on role suited to engineers who can own packages of work, lead teams on site, and drive project outcomes across technically challenging environments.

- Bulk earthworks & large-scale earthmoving
- Roads and civil infrastructure
- Mining services & NPI works
- Utilities, trenching and piping

Key Responsibilities
- Manage delivery of civil work packages across earthworks, roads and infrastructure projects
- Oversee planning, scheduling and day-to-day site coordination
- Lead engineers, supervisors and site teams
- Manage subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to specification
- Monitor project costs, forecasting and budget performance
- Maintain QA, reporting and project documentation
- Liaise with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders
- Drive safety, quality and programme outcomes on site
About You
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Engineer within civil or mining infrastructure projects
- Strong background in bulk earthworks, roads, utilities or NPI works
- Solid technical capability across planning, QA and cost control
- Experience managing packages of work and leading site teams
- Commercial awareness with exposure to forecasting and reporting
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
