About the Company

A well-established civil contracting business with an excellent track record across WA’s roads, mining, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. With a diverse portfolio of upcoming and live civil projects, they deliver high-quality work across bulk earthworks, drainage, piping, road construction, and utilities.

Due to recent project wins, they’re now looking for a motivated and experienced Civil Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join the team on a key regional infrastructure job.

The Opportunity
  
This is a permanent, full-time role ideally suited to an experienced Project Manager with a background in civil construction, infrastructure, or mining-related works. You’ll take full responsibility for the project’s delivery -ensuring time, budget, and quality targets are met, while leading a committed site team.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the full life cycle of civil infrastructure projects from pre-start to handover.
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, progress claims, and cost controls to ensure profitability.
• Liaise with commercial and estimating teams on tenders and project planning.
• Lead teams of engineers and supervisors to maintain site performance, safety, and quality.
• Ensure materials, plant, and subcontractors are coordinated efficiently.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key project stakeholders.

Your Background

• Civil contracting experience across roads, mining infrastructure, earthworks, or utilities.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering (required).
