Key Responsibilities

• Promote a positive safety culture across commercial construction projects.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, investigations and risk assessments.
• Support project teams with practical HSE guidance and legislative compliance.
• Maintain HSE systems, reporting and contractor management processes.
• Build strong relationships with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors and clients.

Skills & Experience

• Experience within commercial construction, building, fit-out or major project environments.
• Certificate IV or Certificate V in Work Health & Safety (minimum).
• Diploma in Work Health & Safety highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of WA WHS legislation and construction industry requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
