About the Role As a Residential Client Liaison Officer, you’ll play a vital role in guiding clients through the construction journey, ensuring they receive exceptional service from pre-start through to handover.
Responsibilities may include:

• Managing client relationships throughout the building process.
• Providing regular construction updates and clear communication.
• Coordinating variations and documentation.
• Liaising with internal departments, trades, and suppliers.
• Resolving client enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Delivering a positive customer experience at every stage of the build.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Client Liaison Officer or in a similar customer-focused role within the WA residential building industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
