The Opportunity

ECi Executive is partnering with a number of established civil and infrastructure contractors across WA who are looking to strengthen their site-based HSE teams.

We’re currently looking to speak with experienced HSE Advisors for permanent FIFO opportunities across major civil, infrastructure and mining projects.

These roles are suited to safety professionals with a strong civil contracting background who enjoy being visible on site, working closely with operational teams and driving practical safety outcomes.

With ongoing projects and strong forward pipelines, these opportunities offer long-term stability, career development and exposure to major works across WA.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the project, your responsibilities may include:

• Providing practical HSE support and guidance to site teams
• Promoting a positive and proactive safety culture across project operations
• Conducting site inspections, audits and risk assessments
• Supporting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions
• Monitoring compliance with project, client and legislative HSE requirements
• Maintaining HSE documentation, registers, reporting systems and databases
• Supporting toolbox meetings, inductions and safety initiatives
• Working closely with project leadership, supervisors and operational teams
• Liaising with clients, contractors and relevant stakeholders including MRWA, government agencies and mining operators where required
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement across site safety practices

About You

We’re interested in speaking with HSE professionals who have:

• Previous HSE experience within a civil contracting environment
• Project exposure across roads, MRWA, infrastructure, earthworks, land development, industrial or mining works
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety, or equivalent qualification
• Sound knowledge of WA WHS legislation, regulations and codes of practice
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Confidence working closely with site-based construction and operational teams
• Strong organisation, attention to detail and a proactive approach to safety
