ECi Executive is partnering with established civil and mining contractors across WA seeking experienced S26 Civil Supervisors for a range of current and upcoming FIFO projects.
The work spans bulk earthworks, roads, mining infrastructure, utilities, piping, dewatering and concrete, with opportunities across 2:1 and 8:6 rosters.
With permanent and contract positions available, we can have a genuine conversation around the type of project, roster and opportunity that best suits your experience.
The Role
- Lead civil crews, operators and subcontractors across active work fronts
- Coordinate daily works, plant and labour
- Supervise earthworks, roads, utilities, piping, concrete and mining infrastructure works
- Drive safe, productive and quality project delivery
- Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers and client representatives
About You
- WA S26 Statutory Supervisor qualification – essential
- Proven Civil or Mining supervisory experience
- Strong earthworks and civil construction background
- Confident leading crews, plant and subcontractors
- Previous FIFO/resources experience
- Strong safety and delivery focus
