Degree and Masters qualified in Construction & Management, Paul initially worked on-site across high-rise residential, commercial and industrial construction. Paul has also worked in technical sales and has 8 years plus experience in white-collar professional and technical recruitment in the Australian market.

Paul is an experienced and driven technical recruiter and has recruited across many industries including manufacturing, construction & building services, structural buildings, industrial, civil as well as non-process and transport infrastructure - covering contracting, consulting and client-side.

Paul has managed multidisciplinary recruitment teams and has dealt with a range of clients on a local, national and international basis with a successful track record to date.

Paul has a very strong understanding of the engineering, construction, and infrastructure space; the roles, process, skills and market players. He is skilled in contingent, retained, temporary/contractor and search & select recruitment.

Paul is passionate about his industry and getting it right the first time! As a recruiter, he strives to develop valued relationships through providing a quality, efficient and consistent service to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process and thereafter.
