ECi Executive is partnering with an established WA civil contractor seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to join their project leadership team.

This is a permanent position on an initial 2:1 roster, overseeing multiple Supervisors across resources projects. With a strong pipeline ahead, they’re looking for someone who can become part of the business longer term.

The Role

• Lead and support a team of S26 Civil Supervisors
• Oversee multiple civil work fronts, plant and subcontractors
• Manage bulk earthworks, embankments and roadworks
• Drive safety, quality, productivity and programme
• Liaise with Project Managers, Engineers and client representatives

About You

• Experienced Civil Superintendent / Construction Manager
• Strong bulk earthworks and civil construction background
• Proven experience leading multiple Supervisors
• Previous mining/resources project experience
• Strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills
• Tier 2 / Tier 3 civil contracting experience highly regarded
