Our clients are well-established civil contractors with solid reputations for delivering high-quality subdivision and infrastructure projects across the Perth metro area and civil bulk earthworks projects in the Pilbara.
The Opportunities:
Leading Hands looking to step up in their career, Civil Supervisors and Senior Supervisors looking for the next opportunity.
In these roles you will take the lead in overseeing day-to-day site operations on bulk earthworks or land development and drainage projects. Working closely with Project Managers and Engineers, you will be responsible for managing crews, subcontractors, and plant, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met on every project.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil works including earthworks, drainage, road construction and utility installation
- Coordinate site teams and subcontractors to meet project timelines
- Monitor safety compliance and lead toolbox meetings and site inductions
- Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and reporting
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery
About You
- Proven experience in a leadership role in subdivisions, land development, bulk earthworks or drainage
- Strong working knowledge of civil construction methods and standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to safety and quality assurance
- White Card essential; additional tickets (e.g., MR licence, First Aid) highly regarded
