The Company

ECi Executive is partnering with a number of Western Australia’s leading residential builders to recruit experienced Client Liaison Officers.

As a Client Liaison Officer, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience, guiding clients through every stage of the building journey – from pre-start through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the opportunity, your responsibilities may include:

• Managing client relationships throughout the residential building process
• Providing regular construction updates and maintaining clear communication
• Coordinating client variations and associated documentation
• Liaising with internal departments, supervisors, trades and suppliers
• Responding to client enquiries professionally and efficiently
• Ensuring all administrative documentation is completed accurately and on time
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from contract through to handover

About You

We’re interested in speaking with candidates who have:

• Previous experience as a Client Liaison Officer or in a similar customer-focused role within the WA residential building industry
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• High attention to detail and strong administrative capability
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
