Key Responsibilities

• Manage the construction of multiple residential homes from site start through to handover
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure quality, safety and programme targets are achieved
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers and trades throughout the build process
• Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, company standards and quality expectations
• Conduct site inspections and proactively resolve construction issues
• Monitor build progress and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Maintain a safe, organised and professional work environment across all sites

About You

To be successful, you’ll ideally have:

• 5+ years’ experience in WA residential construction
• Current or previous experience as a Residential Site Supervisor
• Strong knowledge of WA residential construction practices and building standards
• A current WA Registered Builder License
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple builds simultaneously
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach and genuine commitment to quality
