The Opportunity

ECi Executive is partnering with a select group of leading residential builders across Western Australia to recruit experienced Estimators and Schedulers.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your experience, responsibilities may include:

• Preparing accurate estimates and material take-offs for standard and custom residential homes
• Pricing client selections, upgrades and contract variations
• Producing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and detailed cost breakdowns
• Coordinating supplier and subcontractor quotations
• Preparing purchase orders and scope documentation
• Monitoring project costs and reporting on budget variances
• Assessing and pricing construction variations
• Maintaining estimating databases and current pricing schedules
• Working closely with sales, drafting, design and construction teams to deliver accurate, buildable and cost-effective outcomes

About You

We’re interested in speaking with candidates who have:

• 3+ years’ experience in residential estimating or scheduling
• Sound knowledge of residential construction methods and building processes
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
• A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to continue developing your career
