Commercial Construction Site Staff – Build, Fit Out & Refurbishment

Multiple Opportunities Available | Perth WA

We are currently seeking experienced commercial construction professionals across a range of site-based positions for upcoming new build, fitout and refurbishment projects throughout Perth.

Projects range from commercial offices, education, healthcare, retail, hospitality and mixed-use developments, with values from small fast-track fitouts through to large-scale commercial construction works.

We are interested in speaking with candidates across the following roles:

• Site Managers/Senior Site Managers
• Foremen / Supervisors
• Leading Hands
• Finishes Foremen / Fit Out Foremen

Successful candidates will have experience delivering commercial construction projects within either:

• New Build Construction
• Interior Fit Out
• Refurbishment & Live Environment Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to specification
• Maintain quality assurance and compliance standards
• Manage site programmes and sequencing of works
• Conduct toolbox talks, inductions and safety inspections
• Liaise with project teams, consultants and clients
• Drive productivity and maintain strong site culture

Skills & Experience

• Proven commercial construction experience in WA of at least 2 years
• Background across build, fitout or refurbishment projects
• Strong understanding of WHS requirements and site compliance
• Ability to manage trades and subcontractors effectively
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Relevant tickets, qualifications or trade background advantageous
