The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Construction Manager to join a highly regarded residential builder and oversee construction operations across multiple projects throughout Perth.
This position will play a key role in leading Site Supervisors, maintaining build quality, driving operational performance, and ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.

Backed by a significant and secure pipeline of work due to a parent company/group, the business is focused on sustainable growth rather than rapid expansion. Build volumes will continue to increase at a pace that supports both the success of the company and the ongoing development and wellbeing of its team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and support a team of Site Supervisors across multiple residential projects
• Monitor construction programs, build quality and site performance
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical support to construction teams
• Drive accountability, consistency and best-practice construction processes
• Ensure compliance with WHS requirements, NCC standards and company procedures
• Manage subcontractor performance and maintain strong trade relationships
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery
• Contribute to operational planning and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Current WA Registered Builder Practitioner Licence (essential)
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager within the WA residential building industry
• Previous experience in a Construction Manager, Area Manager, Building Manager or Senior Supervisory position
• Strong technical knowledge of residential construction, NCC requirements and WA building regulations
• Proven leadership capability with the ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Strong focus on quality, safety and customer outcomes
