The opportunity
Join a builder that fits your style—high-volume project homes or bespoke custom work. We’re hiring Draftspeople/Drafters and Building Designers across various teams.

What you’ll do

• Prepare accurate plans, working drawings and documentation (ARCHICAD/AutoCAD).
• Coordinate with estimators, supervisors and consultants to resolve design/detail queries.
• Translate client briefs into practical, compliant solutions.
• Ensure drawings meet NCC/BCA, local council and developer guidelines.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in residential drafting or building design (project or custom).
• Solid software capability (ARCHICAD).
• Sound knowledge of Australian standards, NCC/BCA and local council processes.
• Detail focus, time management and clear stakeholder communication.
