We’re currently working with several of Perth’s leading residential builders, across both the project home and custom home sectors, to place experienced professionals into newly available roles. The Opportunities

We have multiple Estimator and Scheduler positions available right now, spanning a range of builders and business sizes. Whether you’re looking for the structure of a high-volume project builder or the variety and prestige of a boutique custom builder, we have something worth talking about.

Estimators – You’ll be responsible for accurate, competitive pricing across residential builds – working closely with sales, design, and construction teams to bring projects to life profitably.

You’ll need:

• Proven estimating experience within a Perth-based residential builder
• Strong knowledge of local trades, suppliers, and material costs
• Proficiency with estimating software (e.g. Databuild, Truth Engine, or similar)
• Solid understanding of local building codes and construction methods
• The ability to manage multiple tenders with precision and pace

Schedulers – You’ll own the construction program from contract to handover — coordinating trades, managing timelines, and keeping builds on track.

You’ll need:

• Hands-on scheduling experience within a Perth-based residential builder
• Proven trade and supplier relationship management
• Experience with scheduling platforms 
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to keeping projects moving
• The ability to juggle multiple homes simultaneously without losing the detail
