HSE Advisor – 2/1 FIFO | Road Construction | Immediate Start
Location: FIFO from Perth
Roster: 2 weeks on / 1 week off
Start: Immediate
Project: Major road construction
Contractor: Established civil contractor
About the Role:
Our client, a respected civil contractor, is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join their team on a FIFO basis. This position is for an immediate start on a large-scale road construction project. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a positive safety culture and compliance across site operations.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HSE support across all site activities, ensuring compliance with legislation and company procedures.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Lead toolbox talks and pre-start meetings.
• Investigate incidents and develop corrective actions.
• Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of HSE management systems.
• Promote a strong safety-first culture across all teams and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a HSE role within civil construction.
• Cert IV in Work Health and Safety (or higher).
• Solid understanding of WA safety legislation
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and FIFO readiness.
